PAIA Manual Deadline – 31 December 2011

According the Promotion of Access to Information Act, all privately owned businesses (Sole proprietor, Close Corporation, Private Company) must submit a manual to the SAHRC (South African Human Rights Commission) by 31 December 2011 to avoid penalties.  For more information contact us or go to www.sahrc.org.za.  Should you want us to complete and submit it for you the cost will be R520.00.

Gordhan: NHI won’t increase tax burden

Pretoria – South Africa will fund a proposed National Health Insurance (NHI) programme through the fiscus, employers’ contributions and other funding mechanisms, and the government does not want the plan to increase the burden on taxpayers, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan said on Thursday.
